WE’LL GUIDE YOU TO PASS YOUR LIMITS

4 times a week, 4 well balanced training session to improve your paddling technique, endurance, strength and mobility.

BOAT TRAINING

Where: Kallang riverside park
When: Saturday (3.30 PM), Sunday (8.30AM)

We are first Dragon Boaters. That is why we dedicate 2 of our weekly training to boat training. Followed by our experienced coach, we learn the proper technique, improve endurance and strength.

LAND TRAINING

Where: Fort Canning Park
When: Tuesday (7.30 PM)

Strength and endurance focused, this training is meant to increase our fitness and step up to better perform in the boat. Our experienced Fitness Coach tweaks the session to challenge all fitness levels.

POOL TRAINING

Where: Jalan Besar Swimming Complex
When: Thursday (7.30 PM)

The Pool Training session is dedicated to technique and strength training. Here our experienced coach will tune our paddling style to perfection.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Where: Kallang riverside Park
When: Thursday (7.30 PM)

The weight session is focused on improving the team strength. It is designed to continuously push beyond our past limits and reach new levels of fitness
